** Ordered a Quad DE filter, pump and backwash valve. The two larger items were shipped Fedex and arrived one day earlier than expected. The valve came UPS and arrived exactly on the day. The only down side was that the handle on the valve and the clamp stud on the filter poked through the carton. Fortunately neither was damaged. All in all, a very good experience!
