The Spectrum Amerlite (SAm) is the world's first submersible color changing light for swimming pools and spas, delivering a nearly infinite palette of brilliant water colors. Custom mix a color to match the evening's mood or let SAm slowly waltz your pool from color to dazzling color. With twin 3,000 hour tungsten halogen bulbs, SAm delivers white light comparable to a 300 watt lamp. Great for new installations and for the replacement of any Pentair pool light. These 120 volt, 150 watt lamps feature a stainless steel face ring and rotating color wheel which can be controlled with a single toggle switch or Compool switch in the house. Available in four models with different cord lengths (600015 with 30 ft cord, 600016 with 50' cord, 600017 with 100' cord and 600018 with 150' cord) -- please select below.

NOTE: This lamps are no longer in production but still available in limited quantities. They have been replaced by the Pentair Intellibrite LED color and white lights.

Note: We do not accept returns on these items. When figuring cord length always go long and calculate both horizontal and vertical distance from pool niche to junction box or switch. Also allow enough cord for lamp to float to the surface and be placed poolside for bulb replacement etc. Always change lamp gasket when only replacing bulb. Pool lights should all be installed with GFCI protection and the GFCI protection should be checked each time the light is used. It is important to match the light fixture up to the particular niche. For instance, Sta-rite brand light niches are designed only for Sta-rite brand lights.
