* Your name, full address and phone number (include postal/zip code).

* The quantity, name and product number of the item you wish us to ship.

* Any preferred method of shipment (we ship by the least expensive method unless notified otherwise)

When placing an international order please be aware of your electrical requirements: 115V or 230V and 50 HZ or 60 HZ. Also note that you are responsible for any customs, tax, brokerage or duties imposed by your country or local government. Sometimes we are unable to ship certain items due to regional governmental codes, excess shipping charges, dealer restricted areas etc.
